As part of our commitment to integrity and continuous improvement, we have established this Whistleblower Hotline to provide a secure and confidential channel for reporting serious violations or suspicions thereof.
Please consider the below when providing information regarding your concerns.
We strongly encourage you to provide any personal information in your report. This can be beneficial to the investigation by facilitating a more thorough and comprehensive inquiry into received reports.
This form does not retain any personal information, (i.e. email addresses, locations) so if you have chosen to remain anonymous, your report will contain only the personal information provided. However, even if you have chosen to remain anonymous, your identity may be uncovered during the natural process of a thorough investigation.
If your identity is uncovered, Biomason will protect your identity to the best of the ability of the Company. In any case, Biomason will not retaliate against a concerned party submitting information or concerns in good faith.
When raising your concern, please consider whether you have already submitted a complaint to anyone internally at Biomason or to an outside agency, including whether an investigation is already underway. If so, kindly include this information.
Please note that intentionally providing untrue information is prohibited and that the Whistleblower Hotline should not be used for making false accusations.
